As far as I know, we can not get the HGH products here in Canada yet. I was curious to know a little more about it because of all the hype from the celebrities using it. I know that there are children who are born without the HGH, such as those who have Turner Syndrome, and who have to take HGH shots in order to grow. The FDA has approved the use of HGH products for all those who are deficient in the Human Growth Hormone. Of course we know that anyone over forty years of age is deficient. If HGH products are taken two or three times a day in small doses it has been proven totally safe with zero side effects. HGH products are not meant for people under 35 or for pregnant women. The Human Growth Hormone slows the aging process by blocking free radical enzymes that damage cells and DNA. It increases bone density and slows programmed cell death by stimulating protease inhibitors. It also regulates regeneration of new cells throughout the entire body. I think the problem with taking HGH products is that many people take much more than they should be taking because they want immediate and fast results. That's probably when the side effects come into play.
