Among several large busts this year on HGH product manufacturer's and distributors, the largest fine was handed out yesterday for 10.5 million dollars.  The St. Louis company mentions that "the product is not meant for Anti Aging or for performance enhancement".  Must be a settlement agreement with government to say that.
