There's all kinds of B.S. on human growth hormone that I come across. My own personal experience is that the info out there on the various HGH products is all over the board. Some of this info is marketing b.s., some is based on fear, some is real. I'm here to tell you my experience that you don't or (I don't), inject the HGH into the muscle with a painful long needle. Its actually almost painless and uses a very small insulin needle. I inject it into my lower stomach, really into just under the surface of my layers of skin. I don't even think it makes it into the muscle.
