HGH, the human growth hormone, has been undergoing clinical studies for many of years now. It has been proven that the body produces a growth hormone naturally, and as we get older, the production slows down causing more obvious signs of aging. Clinical studies show HGH to be effective in improving many areas of life such as attitude, emotional stability, muscle size and strength, and skin texture and elasticity, to name a few. Is it possible that there really is a safe way of preventing aging? According to Dr. Rosen and Dr. G. Johannsson of University Hospital in Sweden, "there is no evidence suggesting that human growth hormone replacement therapy causes any unfavorable long term side effects".
