Ok (dmjr here), my doctor told me at my first appointment after my first blood test that my IGF level was low (154). Way below what I should have for my age. He remarked at that time, that I was in very good shape (44 yrs old and 9.9% bodyfat), and was amazed at how fit I was, at being at that level. "We'll" he said, "we can take it pretty aggressively." What he didn't mention was that the IGF levels are not necessarily very accurate since the "technology" doesn't find "free" IGF. Whatever that means. So anyway, this explains why my levels seem to be sufficient for me. I'm only taking 2.75 units which is about 1/7 what he recommended. See ya next post. Anybody else has similar things they've experienced?
